These Terms of Service govern your use of the Ambect API and website operated by Ambect Solutions LLC. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract.
2. API access
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the API in accordance with these Terms and your selected plan limits. You may not resell or sublicense the raw API without written permission.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to violate any law, infringe intellectual property rights, or attempt to reverse-engineer the normalization engine. See our full Acceptable Use Policy.
4. Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. Overage charges are billed at end of billing cycle. Access may be suspended for non-payment after 7 days notice.
5. Uptime and SLA
Business plan customers are entitled to a 99.9% monthly uptime SLA. See our SLA for credit terms.
6. Limitation of liability
Ambect Solutions LLC's total liability is limited to fees paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Governing law
Governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
